A charming pink-washed 19th Century Fisherman’s Cottage, sleeps 4, ideally located close to the beach, pubs, shops and Pier.

The front door opens into a spacious open-plan Living Room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD and video recorder. Beyond is a good sized dining area with a gate legged dining table and chairs offering plenty of space to seat four comfortably.

A door leads into a well-equipped Kitchen with a four-ring electric cooker, integrated grill and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Through the Kitchen is the Bathroom, comprising full-size bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

From the Kitchen a stable-door leads outside to a secluded, sunny Courtyard with patio table and chairs. In the corner a shed can house bikes, push chair etc. From the Courtyard there is rear access to the front via the back gate (for emergency use only).

From the Dining Room a door opens to the staircase (handrail both sides) leading to two bedrooms.

Upstairs the south-facing front Bedroom is light and airy and overlooks St James Green and views out to sea. There are twin
3' beds and plenty of under-bed and cupboard storage.

The back Bedroom, which affords an imposing view of the Lighthouse, has a double 4' 6 bed with under-bed and cupboard space.

  • One small, well-behaved dog is welcome by prior permission at a charge of £25 per week or part week (please refer to Conditions of Hire for house rules)
  • Accommodation for NON SMOKERS only; this applies to the Courtyard as well as inside the Cottage
  • Accommodation not suitable for persons with mobility problems or the infirm
