It is a traditional family house which retains many period features and is fully furnished and equipped for normal modern holiday requirements. The town centre with its many lively pubs, individual shops, theatre, galleries and restaurants is five minutes walk from the house. Summer and winter, Southwold has charm and style and 23 reflects both.

There is a large, terraced, well-maintained garden outside the kitchen, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine sheltered from the sea breeze. There is plenty of garden seating and a built-in barbecue. A paved area with stone bench in front of the house looking out to sea catches the morning sunshine.

All rooms on the ground and first floor are centrally heated and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms on the top floor.

• Garaging and parking is available for 3-4 cars at the rear of the property.
