Situated on the sea front between the pier and the lighthouse, 23 North Parade is a large, Victorian terraced house which offers spacious accommodation for families or groups of up to 12 people. It is a traditional family house which retains many period features and is fully furnished and equipped for normal modern holiday requirements. The town centre with its many lively pubs, individual shops, theatre, galleries and restaurants is five minutes walk from the house. Summer and winter, Southwold has charm and style and 23 reflects both.

Ground floor accommodation:

  • Large dining room with panoramic sea views, large dining table and chairs, comfortably seating 12
  • Twin bedroom with shower, wash basin and its own access to the garden

  • Fully-refurbished, well-equipped, large, modern kitchen with duel fuel range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable seating for 6 and French doors leading into the garden

Garden

There is a large, terraced, well-maintained garden outside the kitchen, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine sheltered from the sea breeze. There is plenty of garden seating and a built-in barbecue. A paved area with stone bench in front of the house looking out to sea catches the morning sunshine.

First floor accommodation:

  • Comfortably furnished sitting-room with panoramic sea views and ample seating for a house full. There are books, games, cards and a TV/DVD and CD player.

All bedrooms are well-furnished and have plenty of storage space. We provide duvets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads, but ask you to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. All rooms on the ground and first floor are centrally heated and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms on the top floor.

  • Garaging and parking is available for 3-4 cars at the rear of the property.
  • No smoking in the house.
