3 Star Self Catering logo Located in the heart of Southwold, this early 19th century fisherman's cottage has been refurbished in an attractive contemporary style, while retaining traditional beams, an open fire and an impressive oak staircase. Its two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodation for 4/5 people. With sea views, it lies within minutes of the beach, the Greens and Southwold's delightful shops, restaurants and pubs.

5 St James Green is available for self-catering accommodation throughout the year on a weekly basis, including Christmas and New Year. Outside school holidays short breaks (2 nights minimum) are available.

Living Room – Open plan living area. A beamed, bright room with sea views, oak flooring, feature open fireplace, two leather sofas, television with DVD player, CD/radio, iPod docking station/USB port, standard lamp, bookcase with selection of books and DVDs, radiator. Leading to
Kitchen/Diner – Fully equipped, with oak units, ceramic hob, integrated cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Solid oak extending dining table with matching chairs, extra folding chairs for guests. Radiator.
Garden – Private courtyard with garden furniture.
Master Bedroom – Sea views and views of the Lighthouse. Double shaker-style bed, bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers, radiator.
Double Bedroom – Double bunk bed to provide flexible accommodation for couple or two singles. Bedside cabinet and reading light. Built-in wardrobe, radiator.
Bathroom – Upstairs. Electric shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail.

The cottage has full central heating with an open fire in the sitting room.
Bed linen, pillows and duvets provided.
Towels are not provided
Parking available outside the cottage.

5 St James Green is a pretty little cottage which faces onto one of Southwold's famous Greens, close to the Sea and with views towards the Lighthouse.

The ground floor is surprisingly spacious and has recently been completely refitted.

The Kitchen/Diner is newly fitted with all new appliances and units and opens on to the small rear courtyard. The extending dining table will seat six comfortably.
