Easy walking takes you to everything Southwold has to offer, including shops, galleries, pubs, museums, tea shops and of course the beach is less than a minute from the house.

This large corner property has WiFi access, and with its high ceilings and large windows with views out to sea, offers light and airy accommodation for families or groups of up to 8 people.
6 North Parade is fully furnished to a high standard having the homely touch of art work on the walls, much of which is Southwold–themed. Flooring downstairs and in the first floor Living Room is of stripped and sealed floorboards, with rugs. Stairs, landings and bedrooms are fully carpeted.

All year round you can enjoy the views – at night see the moon reflected on the lapping waves, the lights of the Pier and Lighthouse and in the mornings watch the sun rise over the sea.

  • Kingsize Bedroom, situated at the front of the house, with excellent views encompassing the beach, the sea, beach huts and Pier. 5 foot bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Washbasin with mirror over.
  • Bunk Bedroom also at the front of the house, with chest of drawers and mirror over. Window with sea and beach views.
  • Bathroom with cork-tiled floor, bath, WC, cabinet with mirror door, washbasin with mirror over.

Outside

  • A good–sized paved area with tubs and wooden bench in front of the house makes this a pleasant sitting area. Side area is planted.
