Ellesborough Guest House is a large property on Pier Avenue just a few minutes walk from the Sea Front and Southwold's new Pier. It is also handy for Southwold town centre with its shops, restaurants and tearooms. Easily accessible by car arriving from outside Southwold, Pier Avenue is away from the main bustle of the town centre and just back from the Seafront, however, it is very close to both, thus combining the best of both worlds.

Pat and Michael have just completed a major refurbishment of the house and now all bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and equipped. All rooms have:

• En-suite bath or shower room
• Colour TV with Freeview (Terrestial Digital TV/Radio channels)
• Tea and Coffee making facilities
• Easy chairs and space to sit comfortably
• Central heating

The seven bedrooms are all very spacious and include a comfortable, en-suite, twin room (see third photo from the top) and a family suite on the second floor (great views) comprising a double room and a twin room with a private lobby between them that opens on to the shared bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on different levels benefit from the large corner bay windows which are used as sitting areas. This makes them very spacious indeed.

In addition Ellesborough Guest House has ample off road parking (both at the front of the house and also a private car park at the back).

Pat and Michael pride themselves on the full and varied Breakfast Menu offered to guests which uses local produce where possible and includes a first class traditional English Breakfast!

Minimum two night booking at weekends between March and October. Bank holiday weekends bookings are for a minimum of three nights.
