provided).
- Spacious Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mounted flat screen TV, with Freeview & integral DVD player.
- Twin Bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging space.
- Single Bedroom with chest of drawers, wash basin and hanging space.

- 2 adult mountain bikes available for hire at £25 per week each (hired
and used at tenants own risk).
- 2 deckchairs, windbreak and various beach games are available free of charge
for guests' use during their stay.

are also available free of charge for guests’ use during their stay.

- There is also unrestricted parking in front of the property in Pier Avenue.
The property is let on a weekly basis (Saturday – Saturday) throughout the year.
Out of season short breaks are available (minimum of 3 nights).

Rates for Short Breaks
£85 per night up to 2 people.
£99 per night for up to 5 people.
Minimum 3 nights stay required.
- To ensure your holiday gets off to the best start a welcome pack, plus a bottle of wine will await your arrival
- We regret no pets allowed
- No smoking allowed in the apartment
- Bath mats, tea towels can be supplied by request for a nominal charge
- Bed linen, towels etc not included, however we would be happy to arrange for these to be supplied separately by prior arrangement.
The following supplemental charges apply:
Double bed - (includes: 4x pillow cases,
1x sheet, 1x duvet cover, 2x hand towels,
2x bath towels) £12.00 per bed.
Single bed (includes: 2x pillow cases,
1x sheet, 1x duvet cover, 1x hand towel,
1x bath towel) £9.00 per bed
- A £75 "Good Housekeeping" deposit is required with final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition

There is a large open plan Sitting and Dining Room with lots of light from the big bay window.

The modern, well equipped Kitchen has a full sized electric cooker, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee machine.

The Master Bedroom is at the back of the property and has views over Buss Creek toward Reydon.

Great care has been taken over detail in the 2009 Refurbishment.

The Single Bedroom is at the rear of the apartment with great views over Buss Creek.

The Twin Room is at the front with views toward the town and lighthouse
