Small south-facing balcony opens off the big living room (folding chairs provided).
Spacious Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and portable TV/DVD player.
Twin Bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging space.
Single Bedroom with chest of drawers, wash basin and hanging space.
Modern bathroom with bath, electric power shower (new for 2005 season) hand basin & WC.
Electric storage heaters throughout.
2 adult mountain bikes available for hire at £25 per week each (hired and used at tenants own risk).
2 deckchairs, windbreak and various beach games are available free of charge for guests' use during their stay.
A small supply of games, puzzles, DVDs and videos are also available free of charge for guests use during their stay.
Garage.
There is also unrestricted parking in front of the property in Pier Avenue.

The property is let on a weekly basis (Saturday – Saturday) throughout the year.
Out of season short breaks are available (minimum of 3 nights).
