Pebbles Cottage has been completely refurbished to a high standard with good accommodation for two adults and up to two children.

Located on Southwold High Street it is really close to all the shops and restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the famous beach.

 

The accommodation comprises:

• Living Room - a beamed, bright room with gate legged dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, CD/Radio and Televison with DVD player
• Kitchen. Amazingly for a small house the kitchen has a real, working (gas fired) AGA! It also has a microwave and a mini-cooker with electric hob and small oven. There is also a washing machine and a fridge.
• Double Bedroom - This has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables with reading lights. Electric radiator.
• Bathroom. Has a bath with shower, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver light.
• Garden: Outside the back door is a small shared courtyard leading to a delightful shared garden.
• We regret - No Smokers.
• One small dog allowed downstairs.
