20b Pier Avenue is situated in a quiet part of Southwold, close to the beach and within a few minutes of all facilities. It is modern and newly furnished.
The cottage is in good decorative order and is equipped to a high standard with the following features;

- Spacious Lounge with two easy chairs and three seater sofa, family sized TV with freeview set to box. Patio doors to enclosed rear garden/patio.
- Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine etc.
- Double bedroom on first floor with great views across the marshes toward Easton Bavents.
- Single bedroom at the front with views to St Edmunds Church and the Lighthouse.
- Family bathroom - bath.
