Tourist Board 3 * rating A charming cottage situated in the High Street of the seaside town of Southwold, handy for both the sandy beach and the large open Common which leads down to the Harbour and the River Blyth. Southwold Golf Course and tennis courts are on the Common.

Shared private courtyard at rear. Free parking is usually available on Southwold Common.

Completely refurbished, this cosy little holiday cottage has an attractive seaside style, original beams and doors, with three bedrooms sleeping 4 people.

The accommodation comprises:

The Living Room, with comfortable leather sofa and two easy chairs, LCD freeview DVD player. Dining table and four chairs.
Kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Single Bedroom downstairs, (standard single bed)

Cottage staircase with rope handrail leading upstairs to:

Outside there is a small shared courtyard with pedestrian access to York Road.
