National Nestbox Week : Make A Nestbox

Take some wood, a hammer and some nails and let’s get building! Not only will we be testing your hammering skills but your bird knowledge as well. Build a nestbox to take away with you and give nature a home near you. £5 per nestbox, plus usual reserve entry fees. No booking required.

Birdwatching for Beginners at RSPB Minsmere

Come and learn how to identify the fantastic birds that gather on the reserve at this time of year. Event lasts 2.5 hours. Our RSPB guides will take you through all the steps for bird identification as well as showing you how to use binoculars and which field guides are best for you. No previous experience needed. Don't forget to bring your binoculars or ask at reception about loaning a pair for the day. Children must be accompanied at all times. Places are limited so booking is essential.
