The Blythweb Calendar publicises events open to the public which are taking place in the general area of the Blyth Valley in north-east Suffolk and occasionally also in the wider area. These events include those held in support of local and UK charities, organisations, good causes etc., which we are pleased to freely publicise. Guided Tour at Holy Trinity Church, Blythburgh

These popular, free, general interest tours are provided thanks to Colin, a local resident. Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. If you’d like to join a tour you can just turn up. Please use the hand sanitiser before coming into the church. If you have the NHS Covid App on your phone please scan our QR code which you’ll find on the church door and in the porch. Face coverings are no longer mandatory, but you may wish to continue to wear one to protect yourself and others.

The Keeper's Daughter presents : The Time Machine

Stunning puppetry, scintillating movement and a unique electronic soundtrack combine to create a visual feast that brings HG Wells’ classic sci-fi story to the stage like never seen before.
An eccentric victorian Time Traveller has crash-landed in the 21st Century. He has journeyed across time to escape the horrors of Earth’s far-flung future. Join this mysterious traveller on an enterprising, heartfelt and amusing adventure where he must encounter alien species, explore brand new landscapes and battle the dreaded subterranean Morlocks in order to save the human race from catastrophe.
