CHARTER FAIR Traditional Opening, at Southwold

The traditional Charter Fair arrived in Southwold on 27th May and continues for a week, leaving on Monday 3rd June. The Stocks family have been bringing the Fair to Southwold since 1850 and this is a tradition that the Town Council is pleased to see continue. The traditional opening of the Fair will take place today at 12 noon, with Councillors leaving the Town Hall in Market Place at 11:50am to parade to the Fair. Everyone welcome to come along.
